Over the past few months, I had the pleasure of working on this year's BET Upfront campaign. I wrote and produced a few reels, but this show was my favorite! It's great to see the network supporting young, magnetic, women like Robin Thede. Looking forward to seeing this on television.
I had the pleasure of writing/directing the 2017 Black Herstory campaign. It was an awesome experience, researching these artist activists, writing about their lives, and shooting Opal Tometi (co-founder of Black Lives Matter) for the project. All of these women have a special place in my heart, and I'm honored to have had the opportunity to put some shine on their stories.
